Design History





  • Established wiki space
  • Established a concept for the game and began documentation.
    1. Nat proposes a world.

      • Economy

      • Team decided on a central location, village

    1. Location governs brainstorming for a plot, characters, etc

    2. I'm Not Crazy scenario proposed by Andrew

      • Suggests that the player has been accused insane and must prove innocence in a world where a bunch of crazy things happen

      • Brainstorming by team about all the crazy things that may occur


    1. Based on the setting it is determined that the game will take place in the village of Northcliff  (access the full description)
    • Setting provides gameplay options:
    • James suggests a gate that is locked which is the player's only escape. He draws a basic layout of the setting 




  1.      Functions for the game are defined
    • list of all needed functions is created
      • Team members are assigned to tasks based on their interest and understanding
  2. A design list is created which details assets
  3. The team is split into function, form and design 
  4. Training material is established
